a) Check site conditions before tank delivery
b) Arrange transportation with Logistic Department
c) Inform Sales Person of crane requirements. Perform site visit with crane provider
at site
d) Co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
e) Inspection of completed tank
f) Prepare the completion report required by client
g) Pre-inspection and up-date delivery schedule and progress of the work
h) Update site photos into site folder weekly
i) Repair tank leakages within own capabilities
j) Overseas and outstation assignment
k) Supervise and provide guidance and support to site supervisor
l) Resolve work problems and implementing improvement plan
m) Ensure site workers are compliance with health and safety regulations (exp: CIDB
certificate)
n) Supervise Steelworks Engineering workers, subcontractors and work activities
o) Report daily schedule to Manager and HR
p) Submit weekly & daily report to Manager
q) Commission by sharing basic details (details will provide by Mr. Robert)
r) Assist any ad-hoc scope assigned by the Management
s) Perform sales person for any materials shortage and the reason
t) Ensure site supervisors are present at the site during the delivery day and ensure the
materials quantity are correct
u) Maintaining good communication with all parties involved in the project,
including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and client
v) Managing the budget for the project and adjusting as necessary to stay within
the cost parameters

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
