We are representing our client a leading global freight forwarding and supply chain management provider with an extensive international network. As the world's largest employee-owned logistics business, our client specializes in end-to-end supply chain solutions including ocean and air freight, 3PL warehousing, customs brokerage, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate incoming import and export shipments.
• Prepare and process complete shipping documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and clients.
• Follow up on shipment statuses and communicate updates to clients.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping or freight forwarding.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Fast learner, proactive team player, and eager to pick up new skills.

Additional Information:

• Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang, Selangor
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
