Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing.

Able to handle sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation and related conveyancing matters independently.

Familiar with the relevant land office and banking procedures.

Good organisational and communication skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
