JABINT Sdn. Bhd. is looking for passionate and motivated Technical Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Project Implementation

• Install and commission RFID systems, security gates, self-check kiosks, book drop systems, smartboards, LED displays and ICT equipment.
• Perform testing, configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
• Complete projects safely, professionally and on schedule.

2. Maintenance & Technical Support

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer technical issues.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service records.

3. Office Demo & Product Setup

• Set up and maintain product demo systems at HQ.
• Prepare demo equipment before customer visits.
• Ensure all demo systems are clean, updated and fully operational.

4. Technical Documentation

• Prepare installation reports.
• Assist in technical documentation.
• Support preparation of technical proposals and compliance documents.
• Maintain proper documentation according to company SOP and ISO standards.

5. Learning & Technical Development. You will receive exposure to:

• RFID Technology
• Library Automation Systems
• ICT Infrastructure
• Networking
• Server & Software Deployment
• Technical Proposal Preparation
• System Architecture
• Research & Development (R&D)
• Technical Sales & Product Presentation
• Training of Trainers (TOT)

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Manager, Software Engineer and Business Development team.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers during project implementation.
• Travel nationwide when required for installation and project support.

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

• SPM
• SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia)
• Diploma
• Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia

Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
