We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive Intern to support the company’s financial operations, reporting and planning. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring performance and assisting the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets, forecasts and cash flow tracking.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including profit and loss statements and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare internal summaries.
• Support accounts payable and receivable, invoice tracking and expense verification.
• Perform data entry, reconciliations and maintain financial documentation.
• Assist with financial modelling, research and analysis for business projects.
• Support audit preparation and coordinate with internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Provide finance support to Operations, HR and Business Development when required.
• Carry out administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
