About the Role

Desh Catering Service Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support our daily catering operations. The successful candidate will coordinate between customers, kitchen operations, delivery teams, and management to ensure smooth business operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily catering operations and food delivery schedules.

* Liaise with customers regarding orders, feedback, and service requirements.

* Work closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

* Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues promptly.

* Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.

* Coordinate staff schedules and manpower planning.

* Support procurement and inventory coordination.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore food safety requirements.

* Assist management with business development and operational improvement initiatives.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, day or night shift when operationally required.

* Handle customers phone call 24 hrs

* Work place safety coordinator certificate will be more advantage

* Monitor central kitchen during work hours ( Hot Environment)

Requirements

* 10 years working experience in Singapore Operation supervisor or Coordinator jobs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

* Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a customer-focused mindset.
