Compensation: SGD 2,700 – 3,300 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a Support Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a technology client's Singapore distribution hub. This is a hands-on role combining logistics coordination with basic technical support — you will handle inbound/outbound shipment provisioning, coordinate with customers and carriers, and support hardware configuration for client equipment moving through our bonded facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and test inbound and outbound units

• Configure Proof of Concept (POC) units per vendor requirements

• Install basic hardware components such as transceivers, SSDs, PSUs, and add-on cards

• Register jobs in the client's system and update job status

• Follow up on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely movement

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

• Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
