Role Description The Entrepreneur at Connect Wealth Group Sdn Bhd will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and building sustainable revenue streams for the organization. This hybrid role is based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with a mix of on-site meetings and work-from-home flexibility, depending on business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include researching market trends, designing and testing new services or business models, networking with potential partners and clients, and managing ongoing client engagements. The role also involves planning and executing growth initiatives, monitoring financial performance, and continuously improving processes to enhance value for clients and stakeholders. The Entrepreneur is expected to operate with a high level of ownership, integrity, and accountability while collaborating closely with the wider team.
Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, including initiative, resilience, and comfort with managing risk and uncertainty.
• Experience or interest in wealth management, financial planning, or related business domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to identify market needs, develop business concepts, and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, partners, and team members.
• Sound business judgment, analytical thinking, and basic financial literacy for evaluating opportunities and performance.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid environment (on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur and remote work).
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or running a small business or project is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
