任职资格

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Strong hands-on experience with power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, cabling, and related electrical infrastructure.
Solid understanding of applicable electrical codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team player skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, software, and reporting systems.

岗位职责

Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale electrical engineering projects
Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders, to coordinate project activities and deliver high-quality results
Identifying and resolving technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimise project performance
Monitoring project progress, tracking budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in electrical engineering
