Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at Sathya Sai Primary School of Malaysia in Subang Jaya. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and values, adapting teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and abilities. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The Teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians, collaborate with colleagues on academic and co-curricular activities, and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development. The role requires consistent classroom presence, active supervision of learners, and contribution to the broader school community.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven ability to facilitate learning and manage a classroom effectively.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear instructional delivery and positive engagement with learners, families, and colleagues.
• Competence in Lesson Planning, with the ability to design structured, age-appropriate, and values-based learning activities.
• Experience in Training or mentoring learners, and supporting their academic and personal development.
• Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field; professional teaching certification is an advantage.
• Experience teaching at primary school level or in a similar educational setting is preferred.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth, openness to feedback, and alignment with the school’s values-based educational approach.
