Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess SPM/STPM or equivalent.
2. Preferably has experience in testing latex or chemical compounds for incoming raw materials and in-process dipping lines.
3. Familiarity with testing finished goods and knowledge of ISO/ASTM/EN standard requirements is preferred.
4. Must be able to adapt to a production manufacturing environment.
5. Rest days are on weekend or weekday (when necessary), with overtime benefits provided for work on weekday and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

1. His / her main areas of responsibilities are to assist the supervisor to carry out inspection and test on the relevant section and assure the results are under control.
2. He / she is also responsible to ensure all testing are done with best practices.
3. To ensure the inspection and test records are properly maintained.
4. To perform housekeeping duties to ensure smooth day to day operation of laboratory.
5. To ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) are in place.
6. He / she also possess the authority to communicate to laboratory management if there are any discrepancies from laboratory procedures and safety concerns are identified.
7. Shall ensure work in accordance to environmental, safety & health guidelines and wear the right personal protection equipment at work place.
8. Other assigned duties as required.

Chemical & Latex Section
1. To carry out Laboratory testing on incoming materials and to ensure all the approved raw materials are within the specification.
2. To prepare reagents and test media used in testing on weekly basis.
3. To assist Lab supervisor to perform stock check on chemicals, glassware and lab forms in order to control the inventory.

In-Process Lab Section
1. To assist Executive to collect retained sample, ensure correct labelling and distribution of test sample.
2. To assist Lab supervisor to perform stock check on chemicals, glassware and lab forms in order to control the inventory.

Testing Authentication & Analysis Section
1. To perform testing on retained sample.
2. To assist Lab supervisor to randomized retained sample according to schedule.
3. To perform clerical work / documentation on raw data.

Powder Test Section
1. To carry out Powder Test, Moisture Content Test and pH testing on gloves.

Physical Property Section
1. To carry out physical testing of the finished product and comply with ISO Standard, America Standard (ASTM), European Standard and other standard.
2. Ensure all data are collected, reported efficiently and impartially.

Protein Section
1. To perform protein test which comply with documented work instruction.
2. To maintain and keep the inspection and test equipment properly to prevent damage and deterioration.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
