Job Description :-

• Assist in managing daily branch and showroom operations.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Handle and monitor branch cash floats, petty cash, and related records.
• Ensure pledged items and branch assets are properly stored and recorded.
• Check and verify branch documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Support branch security and safety procedures.
• Maintain good teamwork, discipline, and professionalism among staff.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Branch Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time-to-time

Requirement :-

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or relevant working experience.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail, financial services, pawn broking, or branch operations is an advantage.
• Basic experience in cash handling, stock control, or administration is preferred.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
