1. Required Qualification - CIDB + DOSH

*Requirement* *Details*

*CIDB Cert* Must have *CIDB Safety Supervisor Certificate* - 3 day course + exam at CIDB

*Green Card* *CIDB Construction Personnel Green Card* is mandatory

*Education* Minimum SPM. Diploma/Degree in Civil/OSH preferred but not compulsory

*Experience* 2-3 years site experience. High-rise experience in scaffolding, working at height, crane is a big plus

*2. Main Job Scope on High-Rise Project

Per OSHA 1994, BOWEC 1986, and CIDB requirements:

A. Compliance & Documentation

- Prepare and update SHMS - Safety & Health Management System + HIRARC

- Submit monthly reports to DOSH, client, main contractor

- Ensure compliance with BOWEC 1986 for working at height, scaffolding, cranes, hoists

B. Site Safety

- Conduct daily site inspections - tower crane, gondola, scaffolding, edge protection, PPE

- Toolbox talk + safety induction for all workers/subcons

- Investigate accidents, near-misses, issue NCR

- Monitor hot work, confined space, lifting operations

C. Training & Coordination

- Coordinate with Site Safety Supervisor SSS and Project Safety Manager PSM

- Run safety campaigns, drills for fire, evacuation for high-rise

- Advise PM/Engineer on safe work method statements SWMS

D. High-Rise Specific

- Working at Height compliance: guardrails, safety nets, PFAS

- Tower crane, material hoist, gondola inspection

- Housekeeping for falling objects - toe boards, debris netting

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
