Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in preparing HR correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Hostel Management (Act 446 Compliance)
- Manage company-provided employee hostels and ensure compliance with Act 446 and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct routine hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate hostel room allocation and occupancy records.
- Monitor hostel inventory, facilities, and housekeeping requirements.
- Liaise with hostel service providers and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure hostel documentation, inspection reports, and records are properly maintained.
- Assist during inspections conducted by government authorities.
Company Facilities Management
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
- Report facility defects and monitor completion of maintenance work.
- Ensure office cleanliness and a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Office Administration
- Manage office stationery inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate the purchase of pantry supplies and office consumables.
- Source quotations and liaise with suppliers for office purchases.
- Maintain records of purchases and inventory.
Business Licence Administration
- Monitor the validity of business licences, permits, and certificates.
- Coordinate timely renewal of licences with relevant authorities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all licences and permits.
General Administration
- Assist in organising company meetings, events, and staff activities.
- Coordinate courier services, document distribution, and general office administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR & Admin Executive or Management.
Requirements:
Education
- SPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
- Experience in hostel management, facilities management, or office administration will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Act 446 and employment-related regulations is preferred.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
