UCSI Hospital Hiring! Human Resources Internship in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 400 - Ricebowl

Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training & development, Human Resources Systems, and policies to optimize human resources and develop a conducive organizational climate and culture in the hospital.

Recruitment:

• Conduct new hire orientation.
• Support HR planning and resource placement strategy in meeting immediate, mid-term, and long-term resource needs.
• Manage headcount requisition and approval.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview schedule, and selection process.
• Prepare salary tabulation.
• Provide regular recruitment updates.
• Administer and maintain the recruitment database.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Min degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Excellent relationship building skills to further build a strong network.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on HR related matters.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadline.

Pay: Up to RM400.00 per month
