MW Hospitality Sdn Bhd, part of the Googolplex Holdings group, is looking for a Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team.

This is more than just data entry — you'll take ownership of daily accounting operations, support audits and management reporting, and help improve processes that make a real impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Manage the full accounting cycle — Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Identify gaps in existing systems/processes and help implement better controls
• Support internal and external audits with timely, well-organised documentation
• Take on ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects for management
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Keep financial filing organised and audit-ready at all time

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Professional Accounting, Business Performance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience — real estate industry experience is a strong plus
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP / AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
