We have an Immediate Opening Technical Project Lead with our reputed Client.

Client Location KL, Malaysia

Work Mode – Onsite

Experience: 8+ years

Description of Work

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of application and infrastructure projects from initiation to post-production support.

2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

3. Manage project governance, status reporting, issue management, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

4. Collaborate with business users, vendors, local IT teams, regional teams, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and drive solution design discussions.

5. Provide technical advice and direction, guidance and support on technical related matters.

6. Provide hands-on technical support and implementation activities, including:

• Application deployment and release management
• Server and database upgrade coordination
• Access control and ACL configuration review
• Environment setup and migration activities

7. Coordinate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing (VA/PT) activities.

8. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution during project implementation and post-production support.

9. Create and maintain technical documentation as part of project deliverables.

10. Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.

2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, application support, system implementation, or technical project delivery.

3. Proven experience leading complex technical projects independently from requirement gathering through production implementation.

4. Strong hands-on technical knowledge in one or more of the following .NET/Java/MS SQL or other relevant programming languages.

5. Experience in infrastructure and technology refresh projects involving server upgrades and migrations.

6. Ability to review architecture designs and provide technical recommendations for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.

7. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical and project management responsibilities.

8. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

9. Self-driven, hands-on, solution-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

10. Team player with strong ownership mindset and commitment to project success.
