· Manage mixing team, providing training on the operational work according to the SOP

· Plan and organize the work of subordinates to upkeep and comply with Quality system (ISO 9001), Safety, Health and Environment system (ISO45001), SEAL and PEAK system requirement and other regulatory compliances

· Ensuring Smooth planning and delivery of latex mixes to manufacturing line to meet weekly or monthly production requirement

· Ensure the supply of latex mixes, coagulant mixes and chemical compounds are processed with good quality in accordance with the formulation procedures.

· Plan, liaise with manufacturing team for the changeover after the production planning meeting for the latex mixes and coagulant mixes in the dipping tanks and nourishing tanks to meet customer requirements

· To work with manufacturing, process and maintenance team, to analysis compounding process and performed trouble shooting on mixes quality and equipment issue

· To monitor the attendance and punctuality of subordinates and to authorize leaves and arrange overtime work

· Coordinate with related staff on any process validation of new chemicals, machinery and formulation to improve quality of products cost

· To ensure availability of sufficient raw materials to support and meet production requirements at optimum inventory level

· Involve in SAP Transaction for Latex mixes, coagulant, solution, dispersions and emulsion Conduct weekly, monthly cycle count of raw materials to monitor the consumption and any discrepancies as per the Budget

· reception of raw materials to ensure the right quantity as per the delivery order purchase orders

· To ensure safe handling of raw materials by proper storage, stacking and following safety procedures

· Comply with all requirements of the quality system

· Be aware of personal responsibility with regards to Safety, Health & Environment and to be continuously alert to potential risks of accident or pollution related to the job

· To attend any other jobs/duties that are consistent or compatible with the terms of employment as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

· Abide by the Company’s personnel policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
