Target Candidate: Final-year student, graduating in 2027

Internship Duration Requirement: Must be available for a minimum of 6 consecutive months of full-time internship

Requirements

1. Mandatory oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
2. Relevant academic background in IT, networking or cybersecurity; hands-on internship/project experience as technical engineer or system integrator is preferred.
3. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP, etc.).
4. Basic knowledge of security solutions including Firewall, IPS, UTM, Bandwidth Management and Endpoint Security.
5. Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating system (installation, configuration and administration).
6. Basic knowledge of on-premise virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure.
7. Candidates with network or security certifications (CCNA/CCNP/Mikrotik/NSE/CEH/etc.) are a plus.
8. Good troubleshooting and problem analysis capabilities.
9. Effective time management and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the team with onsite and remote technical support to resolve customer enquiries during POC and after-sales phases under guidance.
2. Help track, log and follow up technical incidents, and assist in preparing relevant reports for customers.
3. Support senior engineers on device installation and integration within customer environments.
4. Assist in delivering basic technical training to partners and customers.
5. Support incident escalation to R&D for product-related issues with proper information collation.
6. Assist in drafting and updating technical documentation for projects and internal knowledge base.
