Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in commercial management, quantity surveying, and contract administration within the construction industry?

Join Terra Advance Sdn. Bhd. and play a key role in delivering exciting construction and fit-out projects while leading our Commercial & Contract function.

Lead and manage commercial, contractual, and quantity surveying functions across multiple projects.

Oversee cost planning, budgeting, cost control, and project profitability.

Manage tendering, procurement, contract administration, and subcontract management.

Review and administer Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), progress claims, and final accounts.

Lead and develop the QS & Commercial team while ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction contract management or quantity surveying.

Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, cost control, VO, EOT, and final accounts.

Experience leading commercial or QS teams is preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
