岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set or partial set of accounts, depending on business requirements.
Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare financial reports, management reports, and schedules.
Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
Process staff claims, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
Assist in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Assist in any ad-hoc finance or administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
Knowledge of costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
