Digital Marketing Solutions Asia (DMSA) is building EnsoNex, an AI-powered platform that automates campaign management for gaming influencer marketing. We serve global game publishers across Japan, Southeast Asia, and international markets. The platform handles creator matching, contracting, content review, and payouts end to end.

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you'll build and maintain features across web and mobile (React.js and React Native), working with backend APIs and cloud services. Your code ships to production immediately — you work on real campaigns with real users from day one.

What success looks like

• Month 1–3: Independently deliver small features from assignment to release
• Month 3–6: Own a functional module of the platform and contribute to our AI documentation system
• Month 6+: Mentor interns and lead feature discussions with the engineering team

Responsibilities

• Develop features for web (React.js) and mobile (React Native/Expo) applications
• Integrate third-party services: payments, e-signature, cloud APIs, AI tools
• Write clean code, commit messages, and structured documentation
• Test our internal AI knowledge base and report accuracy gaps
• Debug production issues and contribute to incident reviews
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and operations teams

Required

• 0–2 years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (fresh graduates welcome)
• Working knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs and Git
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow — bring an example
• Strong written communication; can describe a problem and its expected outcome clearly
• Curiosity about marketing, gaming, or creator economics

Nice to have

• AWS or cloud platform exposure
• App Store or Play Store release experience
• Interest in gaming, anime, or influencer marketing
• Mobile development with React Native
