• Oversee all financial operation including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting
• Ensure all compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
• Analyze financial performance across all centers, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Develop and manage annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and healthcare regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely invoices, receipt and revenue collection with minimal outstanding balances.
• Ensure fixed-asset schedules are updated
• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Review monthly bank reconciliation for all centers, GL balance sheet, management account.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to build capability and ensure effective performance
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation and integration processes for acquiring new dialysis center
• Manage the financial consolidation and transition of acquired centers into the existing operational framework
• Oversee procurement planning, supplier payments and expenses control in coordination within the admin team.
• Lead and monitor application or renewal of insurance
• Lead and monitor application for hire purchase or leasing
