Role Description The Continental Car Mobile Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam, responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on continental vehicles at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, conducting troubleshooting, carrying out scheduled and preventive maintenance, and completing repairs according to manufacturer standards. The technician will ensure all work is documented, follow safety procedures, and maintain service tools and equipment in good working order. The role also involves providing clear explanations of services performed, delivering professional customer service, and supporting occasional training or guidance for junior team members when required.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair skills, with experience working on continental vehicles and performing Preventive Maintenance tasks.
• Proficient in Troubleshooting automotive issues using diagnostic tools and systematic fault-finding methods.
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service, including clear communication, professionalism, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Experience in Training or mentoring technicians or support staff is an advantage.
• Relevant automotive certification or diploma, with a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Shah Alam, manage time efficiently, and adapt to different working environments.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, use of diagnostic equipment, and compliance with industry standards.
