About the Opportunity

Step onto the frontlines of recruitment at a time of exciting expansion. As our Onsite Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering a hiring ramp-up for a renowned client. You won’t just fill roles - you’ll craft the backbone of their technology, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the primary talent partner on the ground at the client site
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions
• Collaborate closely with line managers, HR, and APAC teams to shape hiring strategies
• Launch new roles by gathering market insights and championing best practices
• Identify and attract high-caliber professionals, from seasoned engineers to rising corporate talent
• Coordinate efficient interview processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and deliver outstanding hiring experiences
• Guide candidates from screening to offer and onboarding, ensuring positive interactions at every stage
• Present actionable reports and recruitment analytics, keeping decision-makers one step ahead
• Uphold data accuracy and deliver on KPIs in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Recruiters with 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical, engineering, or corporate roles - ideally within manufacturing or related industries
• Strong relationship-builders who know how to partner, consult, and engage stakeholders at every level
• Detail-driven professionals who excel at balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects
• Proactive, resilient recruiters who take ownership and push for results
• Confident communicators who turn insights and market knowledge into hiring wins
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and using recruitment tools
