Job Description

• Position Title: Specification & Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's building material systems to architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Build relationships with key industry professionals to increase product awareness and specifications.
• Identify project opportunities and ensure products are included in upcoming developments.
• Track specified projects and work with the sales team to convert specifications into sales.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Prepare and update brochures, catalogues, technical data sheets, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the company website, social media platforms, and digital marketing content.
• Organise product presentations, customer visits, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and testing laboratories on product testing and certification requirements.
• Maintain product certifications and regulatory listings, including SGBC, HDB, COC, and other relevant approvals.
• Ensure all marketing and technical information is accurate and updated.
• Prepare monthly marketing and project specification reports.
• Maintain project tracking records and customer databases.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure marketing activities are completed on time.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by Management.

• Diploma in Marketing, Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing roles
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AI tools, or similar design software is an advantage.
