Role Description This is a full-time Creative Sales role based in Damansara with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Creative Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, present creative services to potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their visual and branding needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the internal creative team to ensure solutions meet client expectations. The role also involves following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, delivering presentations or demos, and providing post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with colleagues on campaigns and participating in training or brainstorming sessions to refine sales strategies and creative offerings are also part of the role.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and provide a positive experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to share product knowledge, educate clients on services, and support internal capability building.
• Candidates should have good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into clear business value.
• Candidates should have prior experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in creative, media, or marketing-related industries.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Damansara and be able to manage time and responsibilities independently.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, but relevant experience will also be considered.
