The role

We're hiring an HR Manager - based at Platform Digital in Kota Damansara, owning the people function for the wider PEAK28 group (Platform Digital + Z21). Talent Acquisition is the core of this role: finding, hiring and keeping great people in a business that lives and dies by talent. Fully on-site, working closely with team leads and founders.

What you'll own

Talent Acquisition (primary)

• End-to-end hiring across the group - from planning roles with team leads and founders to offer and onboarding.
• A proactive sourcing pipeline (LinkedIn, referrals, creative communities) so we're never caught flat-footed when a seat opens.
• Sharp job ads, a well-run candidate pipeline, and a smooth, structured onboarding that gets new hires productive fast.

People & culture

• Employee engagement, motivation and retention - building a team people actually want to stay on.
• Onboarding and offboarding done right, start to finish.
• Leave management and the day-to-day people admin that keeps things running smoothly.
• Light resource planning alongside team leads and founders - helping map the right people to the right work as we scale.

What you bring

Solid HR experience with a real Talent Acquisition track record - agency, media or creative environments a big plus.

• A recruiter's instinct: you read a role, spot the right person, and sell the opportunity.
• A people-first mindset - you genuinely care about culture, engagement and how a team feels day to day.
• Organised, self-driven, and great with people - from designers to directors.
