Job Description

·       Assist the Catering Operations Manager in overseeing daily catering operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of events

·       Coordinate with various departments (Kitchen, Operations, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering events

·       Liaise with Sales & Accounts Team to ensure accuracy of clients’ orders, billing, and invoices

·       Support manpower planning, scheduling, and staff deployment for daily operations and events

·       Assist in staff supervision, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring

·       Conduct induction training and refresher training for operational staff where required

·       Support the team in achieving operational goals and departmental KPIs

·       Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements

·       Ensure the quality and quantity of food and beverages are according to kitchen schedules and company standards

·       Monitor and ensure proper utilisation of manpower, equipment, and resources while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

·       Ensure outdoor catering setups and on-site arrangements meet clients’ requirements and company SOPs

·       Maintain operational equipment and resources to ensure serviceability and cleanliness at all times

·       Respond promptly and professionally to operational issues and customer feedback

·       Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for ISO, BizSAFE, and operational compliance

·       Support housekeeping and storage management to ensure operational readiness and efficient use of space

·       Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

·       Candidate should possess relevant experience in catering, logistics coordination, operations, or F&B environment

·       Experience in manpower planning and operational coordination will be an advantage

·       Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage

·       Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively

·       Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·       Strong problem-solving skills and able to think on your feet during operational challenges

·       Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce

·       Responsible, hardworking, and proactive with a positive working attitude

·       Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required

·       Experience in Catering or Food Production environment will be an advantage

·       Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certification preferred
