Event Assistant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Event Assistant Supervisor to support the planning and execution of healthcare events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, leading a team, and developing their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Event Supervisor in managing daily event operations.

Coordinate and support the event team to ensure smooth execution.

Guide, motivate, and monitor team members during events.

Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product and health awareness information (training provided).

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.

Help achieve daily team and event targets.

Prepare basic event reports and provide feedback after each event.

Ensure the event area is organised, clean, and operates efficiently.

Follow company policies and maintain high professional standards.

Requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, punctual, and self-disciplined.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Leadership potential with the ability to motivate others.

No experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
