Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License A0 and Green Card

At least 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry

Perform preventive maintenance programs efficiently and effectively

Perform routine inspection of the major plant rooms and public areas
Supervise daily operation and maintenance of building service equipment and facilities

Assign routine maintenance and repair jobs to sub-orfinates

Liaise with all other departments for maintenance and repair works

Sound knowledge in all technicial aspects of engineering / maintenance (i.e. E&M and builder's work)

Good supervision and communications skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Shift duty is required

Immediate available is highly preferred
