Job Summary

Responsible for inspection, supervision and coordination of civil infrastructure maintenance, repair,

refurbishment and improvement works across the port to ensure safe, reliable and efficient

operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise contractors for civil maintenance, repair, refurbishment and construction works.
2. Inspect roads, drainage, buildings, pavements, utilities and other civil assets.
3. Prepare inspection reports and maintenance records.
4. Coordinate minor in-house maintenance works.
5. Review drawings, specifications and site quality.
6. Monitor work progress, safety, quality and compliance with HSSE requirements.
7. Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations.
8. Support continuous improvement and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1–3 years' experience in civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance or construction.
3. Infrastructure & building construction supervision experience is a strong advantage.
4. Experience supervising contractors, site inspections, QA/QC and progress monitoring.
5. Able to interpret engineering drawings and prepare reports/cost estimates.
6. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Knowledge of OSH/HSSE practices; port or industrial experience is an advantage.
