1. Operation Officer

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang

Working Hours: ************* (Mon-Fri), ************* (Sat)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- As a planner, controller and coordinator of Logistics for Import and Export.

- Proactively analysis and provide countermeasure on complaint raise by customer and issue on logistics.

- Provide sailing schedule by weekly.

- Assist Manager to manage and prepare for job report, logistic estimation, container forecast, billing, etc

- To communicate with external parties (haulier, customer, etc) and internal parties (HQ, Forwarding, Agents)

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.

- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Relevant working experience in the related field is an added advantage.

- Able to handle stress and pressure.

- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
