Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for M&E works.
- Evaluate and process monthly progress claims and Variation Order (VO) claims.
- Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Support tendering activities, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E engineering or Quantity Surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering background, with exposure to both disciplines preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
