Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion by managing schedules, communications, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure timely progress
• Monitor project milestones and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
• Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project communication
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for transparency and compliance
• Assist in tracking budgets and planning resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
• Identify potential project risks or delays and escalate issues promptly to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination or administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities linked to managing multiple project tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement
