Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Telecommunications
• Position Title: Project Manager (Construction)
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9AM – 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement productivity enhancement strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources in construction projects
• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations and productivity frameworks
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Analyze workflow processes and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
• Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity goals with project requirements
• Implement cost-reduction measures through efficient planning and execution.
• Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or productivity enhancement
• Candidates who possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) are largely advantageous
• Familiarity with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies
