Job Summary

We seek a motivated Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support finance operations. This role requires adaptability, ownership, and eagerness to learn in a growing logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules to support timely and compliant financial processes
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support ad-hoc finance tasks and proactively take on additional responsibilities to meet evolving business needs
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion and work independently to meet deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts
• Proficient in MYOB accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
