Role Description The Procurement Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for managing clinics orders, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to understand purchasing needs, and maintain accurate procurement records. The role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, with experience managing end-to-end procurement cycles.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, negotiating with vendors, and documenting procurement activities clearly.
• Experience in healthcare or related service industries is an advantage, with familiarity in medical supplies or clinic operations preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement or ERP software; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
