CSO- Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across cinema halls, lobbies, restrooms and other areas
Prepare monthly cleaners’ work schedule
Assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
Conduct regular inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and use of equipment
Handle stock and supply levels e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper etc

Requirement:

Previous experiences in cleaning supervision in cinema, hotel, commercial cleaning or similar preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiar with health and safety standards and cleaning protocols
Able to always hands-on and demonstrate team-oriented approach
Positive attitude and good team spirit
Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
