Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive our Japanese Market business, focusing on office renovation, relocation, and workplace transformation projects.

This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and client meetings to proposal coordination and project award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new Design & Build opportunities

• Manage client relationships and project pipeline

• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements

• Work closely with Design, Costing, and Project teams to develop proposals

• Present solutions and negotiate commercial terms

• Achieve sales and gross profit targets

• Ensure smooth handover to the Project team upon award

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong project-based selling skills

• Good understanding of costing structure and margin management

• Ability to read drawings and understand basic space planning concepts

• Confident in presentation and negotiation

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Independent, commercially driven, and results-oriented

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, Building, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in office furniture, interior fit-out, or Design & Build industry

• Proven track record in securing project-based sales
