Work Location: Metrohub 1, Lot 109363, Persiaran Bukit Raja Kayangan/KU5 Bandar Bukit Raja 2,41500 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer Purchase Orders (Aeon, Guardian, Watsons, etc.) — ensure correct items, expiry dates, and complete documentation.

• Oversee stock returns — inspect, report, and assign defective or expired items to the correct location.

• Coordinate container arrivals and departures — update warehouse team, track space, and send QC reports to HQ.

• Monitor export packing and loading — ensure items are packed accurately and labelled according to requirements.

• Handle stock transfers for B2B & B2C — check accuracy and update HQ.

• Ensure First In First Out (FIFO) is followed for aging products.

• Support urgent stock requests and coordinate deliveries with third-party transporters (Lalamove, Grab, etc.).

• Any tasks or projects as assigned by superiors/Company

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

• Hard-working, with attention to detail and good time management

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a nice-to-have

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Basic Excel/reporting skills preferred.
