Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, personal branding, and producing videos that create real impact?

PropNex Cheras is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator / Videographer to join our growing team. You will work closely with our industry leaders to strengthen their personal brands, grow our digital presence, and create engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

What You’ll Do
• Plan and brainstorm creative content ideas
• Film and edit short-form and long-form videos
• Produce at least 1 Reel and 1 Carousel daily
• Build and strengthen personal brands through strategic content
• Create content for property projects, events, trainings, interviews, and team activities
• Manage content from concept, shooting, editing, captioning, and publishing
• Keep up with social media trends and propose fresh content ideas
• Travel within Malaysia when required, with overtime claims provided

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or video editing
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, as the role involves creating content for Mandarin-speaking audiences
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple projects independently
• Possess own transportation
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required
• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to content opportunities
