In-charge of all pre and post contract documentations including taking off of tender, follow-up on tender, lead on cost study preparation, gather Contractors' and Consultants' quotations for Management's approval.
Dealing with consultants, Contractors in dissolving issue pertaining to the contracts.
Assist project team on matters relating contract administration and project procurement.
Preparing feasibility studies, budgeting, cash flow projection for development projects.
Adopting value engineering for alternatives to increase functionality and cost effective.
Compile and prepare recommendations for award of work packages within the budgeted cost and targeted timeline.
Prepare contractors' and consultants' progress claims, final account, valuation of contract works and familiar with contractual claims.
Prepare and update Project Feasibility/Budget regularly.
To play an active role in value engineering.
Monitor, review and manage Contractors' and Consultants' performance effectively.
Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or any technical degree related to property development.
At least 6 years of related working experience for Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive position.
Candidate with experience in property developer/ real estate is an advantage for this position.
Ability to function as an effective team member where he or she can rapidly adapt to the corporate culture and be valued as a team member
Able to work independently and efficiency with less supervision and hardworking.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD).
Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Additional language skills, including Mandarin, are considered an advantage for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
