What You'll Do

• Run the floor. Open, operate, and close the store independently, delegating to your team to keep things running smoothly.
• Support the ops. Help the Store Manager streamline supply ordering for Front of House (FoH).
• Own the pass. Keep quality control, team communication, and delivery timing sharp — so every guest leaves happy.
• Step up. Take the lead when the Store Manager isn't around.
• Shape the team. Lead trial shifts for FoH candidates, showcasing our values and standards in action.
• Solve on the fly. Make sound, holistic calls in the moment and proactively navigate challenges as they come.
• Champion our culture. Uphold our values and practices, and speak up with ideas to improve them.
• Build guest relationships. Handle inquiries, reservations, and feedback, and help grow our guest community.
• Sweat the details. Hold the line on discipline, punctuality, and cleanliness — even when it's busy.
• Communicate well. Keep the team aligned with clear, professional communication.
• Wear many hats. Jump in on ad hoc tasks as needed.
