Petro Mart Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to join our growing team. If you enjoy working on-site, coordinating with various stakeholders, and seeing projects come to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Our company specializes in visual elements, signage, and branding solutions, with many projects involving PETRONAS and other major clients across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

* Report directly to the Project Manager.

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, authorities, and all related parties throughout the project.

* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule, quality requirements, and client expectations.

* Attend site meetings and provide timely progress updates and reports.

* Read, interpret, and coordinate works based on engineering and construction drawings.

* Coordinate installation activities and provide technical support to the site team.

* Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

* Manage Permit to Work (PTW) applications and ensure all site documentation is properly maintained.

* Monitor and report site progress, safety performance, and HSSE records.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

* At least 1-3 years of working experience in site engineering, construction, signage, or related industries.

* Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

* Able to read technical and construction drawings.

* Good knowledge of site coordination and project execution.

* Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and basic HSE/HSSE requirements.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* Willing to travel and work at project sites across Malaysia when required.

* Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
