Manage, register, and maintain all project documents received from internal and external parties.
Ensure timely submission of project documents, including procedures, engineering documents, QC records, and Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR) to clients.
Track document status, revisions, and submission records to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain and organize electronic and hardcopy document filing systems for easy retrieval.
Distribute construction drawings and ensure obsolete revisions are withdrawn and properly disposed of.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients on document submissions and approvals.
Monitor document schedules and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
Supervise daily document control activities and coordinate tasks within the document control team.
Prepare, scan, print, copy, and archive project documents as required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and document control standards.
Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives by following company safety policies and ensuring proper use of PPE.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in Document Control, preferably in the engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, or related industry.
Good understanding of document control processes, revision management, and project documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
