RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to prepare sales quotations meeting client technical requirement for products
• Responsible to create work order file for each new order
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Assist in developing proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams during the sales process.
• Create and review engineering drawings, layout, and schematics using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Optimise designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with project management, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and commissioning activities as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and challenges.
• Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and maintenance recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products.
• Recommend improvements to products, designs, or processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Use customer input and sales information to design, develop, test, and implement complex mechanical problems and applications.
• Ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details.
• Preparation of bill of materials and price listing.
• Manage activities with a view to complying activities with respect to the Company’s Quality Management System.
• Implement and contribute to procedures, recording systems and instructions needed for the execution of the set targets ensuring optimum attention to safety, health and welfare.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units within the Company.
