Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
• Work closely with business users to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI solutions.
• Develop AI applications, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to support logistics and warehouse operations.
• Integrate AI tools with existing business systems and applications.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI models and automation performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to the business.
• Prepare documentation, user training materials, and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience with AI technologies such as Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications or enterprise systems.
• Experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry will be a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passionate about innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
• Attention to detail and concentration

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
