EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd is a growing engineering and energy solutions company specializing in integrated power solutions, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable matters.
• Assist with tax submission, statutory compliance, and other finance-related matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, UBS, AutoCount, SAP, or equivalent.
• Have construction background is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
