The company connects enterprise buyers with a vetted network of suppliers across hundreds of product categories through a zero platform cost model. Lapasar offers rapid ERP integration with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Coupa, typically within one week. Its managed fulfillment model is supported by a dedicated operations team that helps ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalable procurement processes. Clients include some of Malaysia’s largest organizations in energy, utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bukit Raja. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment across the supplier network. The Operation Executive works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues, update system records, and maintain accurate documentation. The role involves monitoring key operational metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency. The Operation Executive also helps ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements while contributing to a smooth, reliable procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Strong operational coordination skills, including order management, inventory monitoring, and logistics support.
• Ability to work with ERP or procurement platforms and basic proficiency with tools such as Excel and other office software.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to handle discrepancies, delays, and process issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Bukit Raja and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Relevant education in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, or operations within B2B or enterprise environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems, and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
